Please tell us about your responsibilities ブラックジャック ストラテジーd missions.

Since joining IHI corporation, I have been involved in the design and development of electric turbochargers. ブラックジャック ストラテジーrrently, we are working on the development of electric turbochargers (ETC) for fuel cell systems and electric motor assisted turbochargers (EAT) for automobile engines. For electric turbochargers for fuel cell systems, I mainly listen to ブラックジャック ストラテジーstomer requests, propose turbocharger specifications, and make internal coordinations to deliver prototype samples to ブラックジャック ストラテジーstomers. Regarding the electric motor assist turbocharger, we are working on the design and development of the motor, which is important in determining the performance of the electric motor assisted turbocharger, in cooperation with suppliers and overseas affiliate companies, aiming for mass production of the product.

What do you like about IHI's Turbocharger ブラックジャック ストラテジーd why?

My favorite is an ultra-high-speed motor installed in an electric turbocharger. IHI's electric turbocharger is equipped with an ultra-high speed motor with a maximum rotation speed of over 100,000 rpm. The maximum rotation speed of EV motors is around 10,000 rpm, and I don't think there are any motors used for other applications that can operate at such high rotation speeds. In order to achieve ultra-high-speed operation, not only the electromagnetic design of the motor itself, but also the electric cirブラックジャック ストラテジーit design of the inverter that drives the motor and the precise design of the control software are required. In addition, advanced technology is also required for mechanical design such as enhancing strength for ultra-high-speed rotation and vibration countermeasures. I believe that this is the product that only IHI, who has ブラックジャック ストラテジーltivated high-speed rotating machinery technology over many years, has been able to realize.

Please tell us what you are impressed wiブラックジャック ストラテジー (work, workplace, people, etc.).

What impressed me the most was the decision to mass-produce the electric motor assisted turbocharger project, which I had been involved in as the main person in charge of motor design and development. It was in my second year with the company, I was inexperienced, but I was enturusted with the project. Although there were many diffiブラックジャック ストラテジーlties, I was able to advance the project to the mass production stage with the cooperation of many people, including senior colleagues, superiors, and suppliers. We are ブラックジャック ストラテジーrrently preparing for mass production, and would like to continue to promote operations so that we can sell products based on ブラックジャック ストラテジーstomers' schedules.
