In conjunction with the retirement of the service, our company has launched a new training program, "Cadet Actual Deployment for Education with Tutorial" ("CADET" Training), which will fully inherit the training know-how that it has cultivated on the vessel.
In the new training program, a dedicated instructor will board an actual operating vessel with the Cadette, and in an environment where you can experience operational practice live, you will be able to provide individual instruction through minority education, aiming to understand our safe operation guidelines and learn how to act based on them.
