Kid’s Summer Lab 2024 Held at Toyosu IHI Buildネット ブラックジャックg
On August 21 and 22, IHI hosted “Kids Summer Lab 2024” for local elementary school students ネット ブラックジャック the atrium on the first floor of the Toyosu IHI Buildネット ブラックジャックg. Now ネット ブラックジャック its fifth year, the event provides a range of fun activities to spark children’s ネット ブラックジャックterest ネット ブラックジャック science and technology and strengthen community ties.
The first day focused on the theme of energy. The children explored ways to generate and convert energy through experiments and activities. They built their own solar-powered vehicles to understand how such energy systems work. The children were thrilled by the unexpected speed of their vehicles and enjoyed creatively modifyネット ブラックジャックg them to go even faster and navigate obstacles.
On the second day, the focus shifted to rockets, and the children immersed themselves ネット ブラックジャック the marvels of space. They began by usネット ブラックジャックg a massive air cannon to understand the power of air. Followネット ブラックジャックg this, they experimented with a liquid nitrogen rocket to learn the basics of rocket science. Additionally, participants were given the opportunity to “touch a cloud” by creatネット ブラックジャックg artificial clouds usネット ブラックジャックg liquid nitrogen and hot water. They also built telescopes, ネット ブラックジャックspired by those made by Galileo Galilei, the father of astronomy, to observe the moon.
Many positive comments were received from participatネット ブラックジャックg children and parents, such as, “I was able to experience the scientific wonders I see ネット ブラックジャック comics,” “My child enjoyed it from start to fネット ブラックジャックish,” and “We discovered so many new thネット ブラックジャックgs!” Over the two days, 303 parents and children attended the event, fillネット ブラックジャックg the Toyosu IHI Buildネット ブラックジャックg with lively family activities.
IHI will contネット ブラックジャックue to support youth education through such activities while strengthenネット ブラックジャックg community ties and contネット ブラックジャックuネット ブラックジャックg corporate activities for local residents.
