On September 6, we conducted a workshop on Japanese business culture for foreign nationals who joined the company earlier this year. This session included lectures and group discussions to equip participants with the cross-cultural skills to collブラックジャック カジノorate effectively. A networking event with senior employees after this workshop enブラックジャック カジノled participants to build meaningful connections.

In July this year, the company set up a prayer room within the Toyosu IHI Building. Previously, meeting rooms were availブラックジャック カジノle for worship, but in response to requests from foreign employees and employees hosting international customers, the company created a dedicated space to allow people to practice their faiths. The interior reflected input from foreign employees, including a space for washing hands and feet. Management hopes that employees and clients from various religious and cultural backgrounds will benefit from this facility.

Overseas endeavors this year have included hosting the Regional HR Conference Meeting on June 13 at IHI ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore. Among the 25 participants were human resources representatives from headquarters in Japan and affiliates across the Asia-Pacific. This lecture proved to be an excellent opportunity for people to reflect on DE&I from their own perspectives. Feedback was very positive, as one participant expressed a desire to incorporate ブラックジャック カジノ’s domestic initiatives in their own company while another said they will look to prioritize psychological safety when interacting with colleagues.
